I would love to attend your event. But I’m on a budget and i would like to share a room with someone else who may be going. Is there a way to coordinate this through your site somehow? Perhaps there are others who would like to do this too and I just need to find them. Thanks so much. Carol Casale
So glad you asked this, Carol. Yes, when you register you can choose a double room option to save on costs (and by the way, the rooms in the Lodge are more economically priced than the rooms in the Inn). When you choose a double room, you can enter the name of the person you’d like as your roommate. But – your question made me realize we needed to also add an option that lets you ask us to match you with someone if you’re not coming with a roommate. I just now added the registration form to add this option! You can see the change now on the registration form.
It is not clear to me what the total cost will be for the, the fee is it for accomodations and events.

Thanks for writing. The event registration fee is $595 and pays for all speakers and workshops, 4 one-on-one consultations with experts in fields of your choice, the opening party, and the opening night performance of the play, Alice and Elizabeth’s One Woman Show.
The fee for accommodations is separate, which ranges from $565 to $895 depending on whether you stay in the Lodge or the Inn and whether you select a single or a double room. This fee includes all your meals too (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners). You can save further by selecting a day pass if won’t need a room; the day pass is $325 and pays for all your meals.
Also note: you can get a significant discount if you register by June 15 and if you also use your email list member discount code. Both discounts together total $125 and bring the event registration fee down to $520. If you aren’t yet on our mailing list, sign up now (click here) and that discount code will be sent to you right away. If you ARE on the mailing list but can’t find the email I sent last week with the code, email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll re-send it to you.
